Rental conditions                

 

The minimum stay is preferably one week, from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival is normally scheduled at 4 p.m. and departure at 10 a.m.

Different arrangements can be made on request (e.g. for guests traveling by public transport).

Amenities

 

Free Wifi, television, radio, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), outdoor grill and garden furniture.

 

Prices
 

High season: CHF 1015.- per week (July, August, Christmas and Carnival holidays)

Mid season: CHF 875.- per week (September, October, Easter holidays)

Low season: CHF 770.- per week (March, April, May, June, November)


CHF 20.- / person is requested for sheets, towels and kitchen linen.
The final cleaning is carried out by the owner at a cost of CHF 125.-.

From September until June an extra charge of 70.- per week for heating costs has to be paid.

The tourist tax must be paid in cash.

A deposit of 400.- to be paid in cash on arrival is requested and will be returned on departure.

Cancellation conditions

 

  • Up to 2 weeks before arrival: full refund of the price (except 3% of the total cost for the payment fees)

  • Up to one week before arrival: 50% refund of the price (except 3% of the total cost for the payment fees)

 

Cleaning            

 

The final cleaning is carried out by the owner. During the stay, the tenant is responsible for tidiness and cleanliness and is expected to use only the cleaning supplies and tools provided by the owner.

 

Number of people

The rented property can be occupied by the number of people mentioned in the booking confirmation/invoice (including children).

 

Tenant's liability

 

The tenant undertakes to treat the rented property and its inventory with care. He is liable for any damage caused during the stay, which must be reported by the tenants immediately, but at the latest when the property is returned. Any damage found after departure may be reported to the tenant afterwards, provided that the tenant can be shown to be responsible.

Applicable law

Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The competent court is Vallemaggia.
